VPM Planning was responsible for the preparation, submission and administration of the required applications to the Western Cape Provincial Government for the designation of the land area concerned as a "Less Formal Township Establishment Area" in terms of the Provision of Act 113 of 1991. This also included the submission of the required subdivision application, and subsequent approval thereof by the Provincial Administration.
